Eugene Underground

Underneath Eugene, Oregon lies an elaborate tunnel system. The Eugene Water and Electric board has a massive steam generation plant off the Willamette River. Though there are rumors that the underground system of tunnels goes from South Eugene High School to Downtown. Urban Explorers have many stories of adventures beneath the surface.
