Perry was the first ghost I (Emily) ever learned about on the University of Oregon campus.  Another student explained to me that several years ago a paranormal investigation team had come in to do work in the cemetery, and Perry was one of the ghosts they worked with.  What they discovered, is that Perry really doesn’t like beer cans, especially when they’re left in the cemetery.  Needless to say, this anti-litter ghost fits right into UO’s campus.
