Prince Lucien Campbell Hall (PLC)

In Prince Lucien Campbell Hall (PLC), people report seeing strange lights and apparitions at all hours of the night. Others experience chills or report feeling as if they are being watched. And some say that they have seen a figure at the top of the building. This isn't surprising considering there have been two reported suicides from PLC's balcony. The first occurred in 1970 and the following in 1992. 

 

The elevators in this building are where some of the creepiest experiences have happened, especially when riding them alone and at night. Phenomena include hearing voices and whispers, feeling breath on the back of one’s neck, and feeling something brush against one’s body.
