Approximately fifty years ago, a student was walking down the sidewalk next to Pioneer Cemetery.  It was around Midnight, the moon was full, and he was shocked to see the moonlight illuminate a tall man, in full Black Watch regalia slowly marching towards him playing the bagpipe.  From here the story has two different endings.  In the first one, more students appear, and the Bagpiper vanishes.  In the second, the marches by where the student is standing, and as he turns the corner to continue matching the perimeter, the student loses sight of him.  It is also unclear if the Bagpiper is buried in the cemetery, or if he guards it, slowly marching the perimeter.
